All packages are shipped from Italy. Your cards, collectibles, and merchandise are precious to us, and we are committed to providing reliable and efficient shipping services. Please review our updated shipping and return terms below for a secure and transparent experience.


🌍 Shipping Regions & Coverage

We offer shipping both within Italy and internationally:

  • Italy: Standard shipping at €12.50 via our courier service. Estimated delivery: 3-4 working days.
  • International: A fixed shipping fee of €34.99 applies. Estimated delivery: 7-12 working days.

Note: International shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the customer.

🚚 Shipping Options & Add-ons

Enhance your shipping experience with the following add-ons (available for shipments within Italy, +€5 each):

  • Express Shipping: Receive your order within 24–28 hours.
  • Insurance: Covers the value of your shipment up to €2,500.

📦 Tracking & Courier Responsibility

Each shipment includes a unique tracking code. Customers can track their parcels through the courier’s official platform or via our dedicated tracking page.

Important: Once a package has been handed to the courier, we are not liable for delays, losses, or damage incurred during transit. Any claims should be directed to the shipping carrier.

⏳ Order Holding, Merging & Expiration

Orders not marked as "shipping ready" are stored free of charge for 31 days from payment date. After 31 days, the order will expire and become non-shippable.

To reduce shipping costs, customers may merge multiple unpaid orders into a single shipment:

  • Each additional order merged incurs a fee of €1.50.
  • Once merged, the shipment must proceed to dispatch and cannot be split again.

🔁 Return & Refund Policy

Due to the collectible nature of our products and the fact that many items are pre-owned, we do not accept returns or exchanges. This ensures item authenticity, condition integrity, and value preservation.

All sales are considered final once shipped, in compliance with our Terms of Service. We do not accept returns for reasons related to condition, buyer's remorse, or speculative grading disputes.

In the rare case of an issue caused by our mistake (e.g. incorrect item shipped), please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. Each case will be reviewed individually and handled in line with our customer protection standards and PayPal’s seller policy.
