Card Conditions & Grading Standards

Our grading system adheres to the rigorous standards set by PSA/BECKETT and the renowned legends of CARD MARKET and CARD TRADER. Each card is assigned a sigla to clearly indicate its physical condition, ensuring complete transparency for collectors.

🃏 Grading Siglas Explained

MT (Mint)✨ Pristine

Represents a card in factory-fresh condition with flawless centering, sharp corners, and an immaculate surface. For example, a Pokémon card in MT condition shows no signs of handling.

NM (Near Mint)👌 Almost Perfect

A card in NM condition is nearly perfect and may display extremely subtle imperfections such as tiny white spots. These minimal blemishes do not detract from the card’s overall appeal.

EX (Excellent)👍 Great Condition

Denotes a card with minor signs of wear, such as light scratches or subtle edge wear, yet retains excellent visual appeal.

GD (Good)🔍 Noticeable Wear

Reflects a card with visible wear including minor creases, edge dings, or light scuffing. A Pokémon card in GD condition has a history of play that is evident upon close inspection.

LP (Lightly Played)⚡ Subtle Wear

Indicates a card that has experienced minor play while preserving most of its original qualities. A Pokémon card in LP condition might exhibit subtle creases, slight ink marks, whitening on borders, minor decentering, or minimal holo crawling.

PL (Played)🎮 Well-Used

Denotes a card that shows more significant signs of usage, such as pronounced creases, clear ink marks, noticeable border damage, increased decentering, and other imperfections resulting from regular play.

PO (Poor)⚠️ Damaged

Represents a card with significant damage, including heavy creases, bent corners, or stains. This condition is typical of a Pokémon card that has been extensively mishandled.

By clearly marking each card with these siglas in the order MT, NM, EX, GD, LP, PL, PO, we empower collectors to make informed decisions and appreciate the true condition of every purchase.
