💳 How can I pay?
We offer a variety of secure payment methods. You can pay via Airwallex using Google Pay, Apple Pay, Klarna or any major credit/debit card. Bank transfers are also available upon request — simply contact our support team at [email protected] for instructions.
🚚 How long does shipping take?
We typically process paid orders within 24 hours (business days). Delivery times depend on location:
- Italy: 3–4 working days
- Europe: 4–6 working days
- International: 7–12 working days
Express and insured shipping options are available for an additional fee. Tracking numbers are provided for every order.
📦 Can I merge multiple orders?
Yes! We encourage customers to merge multiple unpaid or not-yet-shippable orders to save on shipping fees. Here's how it works:
- Orders can be merged for up to 31 days after payment.
- A €1.50 fee applies for each additional merged order.
- Orders marked as “Shippable” are locked and cannot be merged again.
To merge, visit your order dashboard and use the “Merge Orders” button before finalizing shipment payment.
📬 How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided. You can follow your parcel via the courier’s platform or directly on our tracking page.
❌ Can I return a product?
Due to the collectible and second-hand nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final once shipped, as detailed in our Shipping & Returns Policy. Exceptions apply only if the wrong item was shipped — contact us within 48 hours in such cases.
🧭 What is the Card Hunting service?
Card Hunting is our digital consultancy service where we research and locate rare or requested collectibles for you. We offer two options:
- 18% fee if we manage the purchase for you
- 5% fee if we only provide the source/link for your purchase

Absolutely. Your data is protected with end-to-end encryption and used only to fulfill your orders or improve our platform. We never sell or share your information with third parties unless required by law. For more info, check our Privacy Policy.
🧹 Can I delete my account and data?
Yes, you may request complete deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting our support team. Please note that we may retain some data where legally required (e.g., invoices, transaction history).
